Welcome to Nayera. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following
terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Booking and Payments
1. All bookings must be made through the website or authorized agents.
2. To confirm your booking, a full prepayment of 100% of the total cost will be required
Prices
1. Prices for this package are on a full-board meal plan basis and include meals,
water, and non-alcoholic drinks. However, incidental services such as room
service, including laundry, mini bar, and alcoholic drinks, are excluded from the
price.
2. Prices are quoted in in Euros (€), including all taxes and applicable charges, with no hidden fees included.
3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations and Refunds
1. If cancellation occurs (91) before the trip date, (25%) of the amount paid will be
refunded.
2. Cancellations made 90 to 31 days before the arrival date will incur a charge of
75% of the total amount.
3. If cancellation occurs 30 days or less before arrival, no refunds will be issued.
4. In the case of a No-Show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
5. Nayera reserves the right to cancel or modify the trip in case of force majeure
or emergencies.
Passenger Responsibilities
1. Passengers are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations.
2. Nayera is not liable for any loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings
during the trip.
Liability
1. Nayera is not responsible for any personal injuries or accidents that occur
during the trip, except in cases of direct negligence by the company.
Changes to Terms
1. Nayera reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any
changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
